Our film blown machine adopt rotary die head and it is suitable for blowing the plastic film as high density polyethylene(HDPE),low density polyethylene(LDPE)and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),which is widely used for packing foodstuff, garment, textile,dail-use articles and industrial products etc.It can produce pearl film and degradation film via making up a prescription.
The die head can be rotated within 360 angles, strengthening the intensity and evenness of plastic film.
The screw stem and cylinder are made from high quality alloy steel which ensure high hardness and strong resistance to corrosion.
The die head is plated with hard chrome and the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.The take-up unit adopts lifting type of square-frame platform structure,the height of lifting frame can be adjusted automatically according to different technological requirements.
The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding,which is driven by torque motor,with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.

Characteristic
1.the production line adopts rotate haul off mode, which makes blown film level up, equality, and rewinding edge neatness.
2.the 3 layer co-extrusion die is designed with advanced spiral flow channel, which makes material flowing equally in it. 3.outer wind-ring is designed in two wind blows,which makes wind blows equally and high efficiency cooling.
4.inner and outer cooling mode makes production efficiency up to 30%. At the same time, makes the blown film cooling fast, more transparent, and stronger mechnical characteristic.
After saling blown film machine, if necessary, We will send one or two engineers to set up and commissioning of the blown film machine until it running in normal state. Druing the time your workers who will operate the blown film machine will be trained.
