Production line in working

CLIMA automatic square can production line consists of resistance welding machine, squaring machine, flanger, two cappers, leakage testing machine and nine sets of conveying apparatuses.

Automatic resistance welding machine

This automatic resistance welding machine for square tin can uses high frequency resistance welding to weld tinplate into a round canbody for producing square can. It consists of feeder, flxer, rounding station, welding station and automatic control system. It is easy to operate and reliable to work.

Horizontal squaring machine

This is a full-automatic canbody expanding machine, which forms a round canbody welded by the welding machine into a flat square or other shape one. It consistes of the host squaring machine, hydraulic expanding die and hydraulic oil pump. It has high productivity and low noise. It acts flexibly and is simple to operate. Production rate can be steplessly regulated.

Flanger

It is an automatic flanging machine, which can flange the upper and lower ends of the flat square canbody expanded by the squaring machine. It consists of machine body, right and lefr pallets, conveying apparatus and stepless speed variator. It runs smoothly, nimbly and with high accuracy of positioning. It works safely and reliably.

Capper

This is a machine which can firmly secure and press the peripheries of the canbody and make the bottom of cap (tinplate) flanged. It has a sealing-head and four rolling wheels. It consists of machine body, bottom pallet, canbody conveying station and head sealing station, etc. This machine has good rigidity and high seaking quality. It has emergency brake which acts when unexpected breakdown happens.

Leakage testing machine

After manufacturing the square can, blowhole of tinplate weld breakdown and rolling quality of can bottom and cap should be inspected. This machine consists of testing chest, transmitting apparatus, testing head and electrical and pneumatic control system, etc. The principle of this machine is pneumatical differential pressure testing. It has qualified product counting and non-qualified product rejecting functions.
