Our washing powder machinery adopts ideal producing technique and is able to produce various types of high-grade, middle-grade and low-grade washing powder, detergent, simultaneously it can multipurposely produce all kinds of powdery, granular and paste washing products such as washing paste and ecology cleansing powder without water, potent industrial detergent, it also can produce part of essential chemical raw materials such as enzyme, it will be a very profitable in regions such as Africa, Middle East, South America and other place.

The principle is to combine the slurry inflating craft and different directions & speeds cutting granulation without tower, and combines chemically water, common soda, anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium silicate, surface active agent and other supplemental materials which are easy to buy in market in the condition of room temperature, then forms oxygen-contained granular detergent without phosphorus or boron by homogenization chemical combination and different directions & speeds cutting.

Brief Working Process: inserting raw materials in turn →twin screws in-phase with different speeds cutting and emulsification →program control response →hot air inflating, soft items cutting and granulation →automatically turns the kettle discharging → transporting → cooling, plastic and sieving →adding essence and enzyme →finished product.
